Hunter Elam is a Client Service Associate with Clearfront Advisory, based in Austin, Texas. He supports the firm’s operations and client service initiatives, helping ensure that every client experience is efficient, seamless, and personal.

Before joining Clearfront, Hunter spent five years in the mortgage industry as a licensed mortgage broker and owner of Your Mortgage Advocate, a wholesale mortgage brokerage headquartered in Austin. His background in real estate lending provides a strong foundation for understanding clients’ broader financial goals and helping them navigate the connection between homeownership and long-term wealth planning.

Hunter is a graduate of Midwestern State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Psychology. Drawn to Clearfront’s leadership and culture, he joined the firm to expand his ability to help individuals and families reach their financial dreams.

Outside of work, Hunter enjoys hiking, biking, running, and HIIT workouts. The vibrant trails and live music scene are what first drew him to Austin, where he continues to explore new ways to stay active and inspired. He also enjoys studying philosophy and exploring ideas that connect purpose, success, and personal growth.
